Harvest & Hands
A brand film and identity refresh that turned a specialty roaster’s sourcing story into its best wholesale salesperson.

The goal
Meridian kept losing wholesale pitches to bigger roasters with slicker decks. Buyers needed to understand — and remember a week later — why its sourcing model makes better coffee.
What I made
A four-minute film shot over nine days at two partner farms, an identity refresh that put growers’ names on the front of every bag, and a wholesale one-pager written to be read aloud in meetings.
What happened
The film now opens every wholesale conversation and ran on loop at their trade-show booth. Buyers repeat its lines back in follow-up calls — which is the whole point.
The numbers
† Placeholder figures — replace with real results.
A note on the sourcing trips: both farms invited us back for the next harvest, and the footage from that second trip is already earmarked for Meridian’s retail launch.
